Booking Policy

Effective Date: 4/15/2024

Thank you so much for choosing Sky Photography. I look forward to our appointment!

1. All services (Except wedding, engagement, xv/sweet 16 or custom packages) will have a minimum $50 retainer or 50% of the total service price. Retainer must be paid at the time of booking your appointment to guarantee a secure lock date. If you are unable to pay your retainer, please contact me directly. Your retainer will go towards your balance. Balance must be paid before or at the time of photographer arrival. 
2. For Wedding, Engagement, Quince XV/Sweet 16 and Custom packages there is retainer of 50% of the total service price. Retainer must be paid at the time of booking your appointment to guarantee a secure lock date. The remainder of your balance service price must be paid 14 days before your secure lock date. If you need to cancel retainer is NOT refundable. Your retainer will go towards your balance. 
3. Life happens and I completely understand. If you need to cancel, please contact me to reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you do not cancel your appointment within, retainer will NOT be refundable. (Applies ONLY for portraits or specials) 
4. If you are planning in bringing extra guests to your appointment and would like to add last minute add-ins or service, please let me know in advance, we will greatly appreciate it. 
5. Last minute request to stay longer than expected will be $100 for every additional 30 minutes. 
6. Anytime Sky Photography has to travel to your request location, it will be an additional cost depending on location. 
7. All pictures taken will not be shared, unless the photo release and consent form are signed per person. 
8. The number of photos will determine the turnaround time. 10 photos or less will have a 14-day turnaround. If you need them sooner, please let me know. 
9. Sky Photography will retain all raw photos for 6 months after being taken. We do this, just in case you decide you would like to have any additional photos. If you wish to review them again, please contact us. 
10. At Sky Photography we care and thrive for our clients' feedback and satisfaction, please share your experience by adding your review.
